Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy At Heart-to-Heart Executive, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, luxury transportation. To ensure fairness to all clients and efficient scheduling, please review our booking policy below: Deposits & Payments A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due prior to or at the time of service, as agreed. Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made more than 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup are eligible for rescheduling without penalty. If a client cancels within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup, the deposit (or payment) is non-refundable. If a client fails to show up (no-show), the booking is forfeited, and no refund will be issued. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule a booking (with no additional fee) if notice is provided more than 4 hours before pickup. Reschedules are subject to vehicle and driver availability. Delays & Grace Period A 15-minute grace period is provided for client delays. After this, additional wait-time charges may apply. Company Commitment Heart-to-Heart Executive is committed to punctuality, professionalism, and excellence in every ride. In the unlikely event we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduled service.
